LOOKING FOR A CYPRUS WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHER?
Look no further!
Having photographed lots of weddings throughout Europe, I’m proud to call myself a “destination wedding photographer”. Year on year, I’m asked to pack up my kit and jet off to exotic climes which, it’s safe it say, is one of the major perks of my job. Whether it’s a vineyard in Avignon or some far-flung corner of the Highlands, there’s something to be said for going a bit further afield for your wedding day. It elevates your day from being simply a wedding, to a mini break. Your guests get a holiday as well as a free bar, what’s not to like? In my experience, guests are always rowdier when on tour (which may or may not be a good thing).
And one place I never get tired of visiting is Cyprus. I’ve shot in some really brilliant places and can wholeheartedly recommend a few of them if you’re on the hunt for venues.
I am…
A wealth of knowledge on getting married in Cyprus
Well connected to a range of Cypriot wedding suppliers
Well versed in shooting abroad
A proper photojournalistic snapper
Into taking “real” photos of real people
A believer in natural and unposed images
Seriously good fun to have around
I am not…
Going to make you pose or pull silly faces
The type to try and stage a great shot
Going to turn down the chance to join in the party
Going to miss a thing at your wedding
So if you’re looking for wedding photography in Cyprus (or anywhere else for that matter) and you feel that my style sizzles your halloumi, please do check my availability and request an eBrochure.

“Hands down the best decision we made about the wedding was asking you to be our photographer.”

Here’s a couple of my favourite wedding venues in Cyprus:
Anassa Hotel: A very swish Mr & Mrs Smith hotel (says it all, really), this place is the bomb. I shot a wedding here once on the beach and it was AMAZING. The area itself is out of this world – twisted cobbled streets, a breathtaking seascape and sparse and ancient buildings. Check out my blog to find out more.
Souli Beach Hotel, Neo Chorio: Water the colour of sapphires and cool, rustic Cypriot architecture. Neo Chorio is what you’d call “real” Cyprus. I once shot a rustic beach restaurant and boat party wedding here and it was so very, very cool. Check out the blog for the scoop on that Souli Beach wedding.
Both times I’ve shot these venues they had a super traditional ceremony with a heavy Greek influence. Cyprus weddings tend to expertly blend traditional with a fantastic party (you haven’t lived ‘til you’ve danced at a Cypriot wedding).
