Arun & Diya met half way across the world in Australia. Diya was working there as part of a gap year and Arun travelled through Australia for 6 weeks also during a gap year. The friend who he was travelling with introduced them and the rest is history!
He popped the question during a trip to Kruger Safari where he arranged a private dinner at their lodge. The staff were very helpful in keeping the whole thing a surprise. On the evening of the proposal they initially sat Arun & Diya at a table which was filled with bugs! Diya requested to move within seconds of sitting down and then we were taken to our private dinner table through a pathway lined with candles. How romantic!
Head to the blog to see their Indian wedding photography. It took place in a privately owned Chateau in France in a small town called Montreal du Gers. The Indian wedding events lasted for three days. A lot of their friends and family arrived to the town a few days early and enjoyed the local sites and wine. Well, you would wouldn’t you?!
